Background The regular practice of mindfulness has been shown to provide benefits for mental well-being and prevent depression relapse. Technology-mediated interventions can facilitate the uptake sustained mindfulness, yet evaluation interactive systems, such as brain-computer interfaces, little explored. Objective objective this paper is present an mindfulness-based technology improve in people who have experienced depression. system, Anima, a interface that augments mandala coloring by providing generative color palette based on unfolding states during practice. In addition, outlines multiple-baseline, single-case experimental design methodology evaluate training effectiveness. Methods Adult participants past, finished treatment within last year, informed consent will be able recruited. Anima consisting 2 tablets nonintrusive activity headband, delivered use study.
